Limited Warranty

Triple S Rope LLC warrants this Tow Rope against defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty expressly excludes any metallic components of this tow rope as they are not manufactured by Triple S Rope LLC.

This warranty does not cover any claims related to misuse, abuse, product alteration or negligent use of this product, improper attachment, overloading, or any failure that is not the result of a manufacturing defect.

Triple S Rope LLC will at its option, repair, replace or refund the original purchase price of this tow rope free of charge. Proof of Purchase must be provided at time of warranty claim and the tow rope must be returned with freight prepaid, direct to the manufacturer for inspection.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THAT THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY MAY BE DISCLAIMED OR EXCLUDED.

TRIPLE S ROPE LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, NOR DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXTEND TO, ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE THEREOF. PURCHASER'S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND AS SET FORTH ABOVE.

By purchasing this product the original purchaser agrees that any lawsuits arising in tort or pursuant to the above warranty, shall be brought only in the District Court of Atchison County, Kansas. If any provision of the above warranty violates any applicable law, and is held to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that section shall not affect any or all other provisions of this warranty.
